  • "Client" refers to the individual or organisation booking and/or receiving the Services.

  • "User" refers to any individual accessing the Website, including Clients.

  • "Service Provider" refers to tutors, mentors, or trainers engaged by Reachout Educational.

 

3. Service Terms

3.1 Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through the Website or by direct communication with Reachout Educational.

  • Payment for Services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Where payment is made through the Website, invoices will be issued upon request and all fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy below.

  • Invoices will be sent via email for all Services where payment is not made through the Website and all fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy below.

3.2 Service Delivery

  • Services will be delivered as agreed upon during the booking process. This may include in-person sessions or online sessions, depending on the Client's preference and availability.

  • Reachout Educational reserves the right to substitute Service Providers if necessary, ensuring the replacement meets our quality standards.

3.3 Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

  • For minors, a parent or legal guardian must consent to the Services and ensure a safe environment for sessions.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring access to necessary equipment and a stable internet connection for online sessions.

3.4 Code of Conduct

  • Clients and Users must treat Service Providers and other users with respect and refrain from inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to abusive language or harassment.

  • Service Providers have the right to terminate a session if the Client’s conduct violates this Code of Conduct.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellations by the Client

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to avoid being charged in full.

  • Sessions cancelled within 48 hours may be rescheduled at Reachout Educational's discretion but are not guaranteed.

4.2 Cancellations by Reachout Educational

  • If we need to cancel a session, we will notify the Client as soon as possible via email and arrange a rescheduled session or full refund.

4.3 Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases of cancellations by Reachout Educational or as otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Reachout Educational shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

  • While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements.

  • Clients acknowledge that all advice or guidance provided is based on the best knowledge of the Service Provider and does not replace professional advice where applicable.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and material used in the delivery of Services, is the property of Reachout Educational and protected by copyright laws.

  • Clients and Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent from Reachout Educational.

  • By using our Services, Clients consent to the collection and use of their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
